Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp mint, crushed
  • 1 tbsp clove powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • ½ tsp cardamom, ground
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Turkish spice mix for meat, fish, lentil dishes, rice dishes, etc.

Mix all ingredients well together and use to season meat, fish, lentil, rice dishes and soups/stews.
