  • 4 blood oranges
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Peel and fillet the blood oranges. Peel and slice the bananas. Layer them with sugar and desiccated coconut in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice. Let it marinate. Serve with ladyfingers and whipped cream. Serve the Bahia salad as a refreshing snack, especially on summer days.
