Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ apple
  • ½ pear(s)
  • ½ banana(s)
  • ½ kiwi(s)
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 handful of nuts (mixed nuts)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the fruit, peel it if necessary, and chop it. Then place it in a bowl and stir once. Add the desired amount of yogurt and sweeten it a little if desired—it’s always a matter of taste.
