Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick fruit salad

First put the sugar in the bowl and then add enough lemon juice so that the mixture is more liquid than solid. Then peel the apple and cut it into bite-sized pieces. I always cut it into eighths and then cut the eighths into three or four pieces, depending on their size. Now add the apple to the bowl and stir well. All pieces must be moistened with the liquid so that they don’t turn brown. Do the same with the kiwi. I first quarter it lengthwise and then quarter the pieces again. Tip: You can also prepare the salad in advance if you want to take it to work in the morning and don’t have much time. You can also easily expand the salad with grapes, for example.
