Exotic fruit salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 papaya
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 bowl of physalis
  • 1 lime(s)
  • e.g. passion fruit juice
  • n. B. Juice (cherry-banana juice, KiBa)
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the pineapple, bananas, oranges, papaya, kiwis, and physalis into small pieces and place everything in a bowl. Squeeze the lime and squeeze the juice over the fruit. Add the passion fruit juice, KiBa juice, and sugar to taste. Mix everything well, divide between bowls, garnish with a mint leaf, and serve. The salad tastes best chilled for a refreshing summer treat. The mint can also be chopped and stirred in.
