Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- ½ bottle of vodka
- 1 tbsp coffee powder (cappuccino powder)

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites, and combine the egg yolks, powdered sugar, cream (or whipped cream, for a creamier result), cappuccino powder, and vanilla sugar. Fold in the egg whites and mix well. Add the vodka last and mix well again. If you prefer a creamier drink, sip right away. Otherwise, cover and let stand overnight and then transfer to another container. Makes approximately 1 1/2 liters.
