Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
The kohlrabi is sliced and sprinkled with salt on both sides. Let it stand for a while (about 20 minutes, but it doesn’t matter). Then it’s breaded and fried in oil until crispy and golden brown. It’s a quick, low-calorie meal.
