Bailey’s Brownies
The perfect bailey’s brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Flour
- 200 Gr Sugar
- 100 Gr Butter
- 100 g Dark chocolate 70%
- 2 Eggs
- 3 El Baileys
- 2 Pinches Salt
- For the glaze:
- 220 Gr Powdered sugar
- 2 El Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Baileys
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a square shape with parchment paper.
- Slowly melt the chocolate with the butter over a hot water bath.
- Beat sugar and eggs until creamy and thick.
- Thoroughly fold in the melted chocolate and flour alternately.
- Immediately pour in the mold and bake for 20 minutes. It should be firm at the edges but still soft / liquid in the middle. Let cool down.
- For the glaze: mix powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Make a well in the middle and stir in the Baileys and enough boiling water until the measure is spreadable and that goes in no time at all. WATCH THE CAKE IS BEST WITH A CAKE PALLET
- Serve in cubes. (BEST LET IT MOVE OVER THE NIGHT)
