Prawns on Asparagus

The perfect prawns on asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Shrimp peeled deveined
  • 500 g Fresh asparagus
  • 1 glass White wine
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh herbs and salt
  1. First, the asparagus is peeled and cooked to the bite in a saucepan full of water, while the prawns are thawed.
  2. Now it goes in no time: Fry the prawns on both sides (takes about 5 min.) Season well and deglaze with a dash of wine, add the asparagus salt and the prawns and drizzle with the sauce. You can also add some butter add to the asparagus (for the taste), then we added some balsamic vinegar, et voila! Super tasty, simple and non-constipating!
