Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 750 g mascarpone
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 350 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 5 cups sour cream
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 2 jars of sour cherries (well drained!)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients (except the cherries) until smooth. Fold in the well-drained cherries.
