Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 750 g mascarpone
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 350 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 5 cups sour cream
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 2 jars of sour cherries (well drained!)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blend all ingredients (except the cherries) until smooth. Fold in the well-drained cherries.
