Bake Easter Bunny Yourself!
The perfect bake easter bunny yourself! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Easter Bunny :
- 1 Pc. Baking pan e.g. from Städtler
- 60 g Butter
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 60 g Sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 fruit.
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon zest
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon juice
Stroke out shape:
- 1 Pc. Butter
- 3 pinch Flour
- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg, lemon zest and juice.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, fold in.
- Butter the shape and dust it lightly. Pour in the batter. Bake at 170 ° C for about 40 minutes.
- After baking, let cool in the tin for approx. 15 minutes.
Decorate:
- Can be decorated with buttercream and pearls. Also works with chocolate and sugar flowers, of course.
