Bake Easter Bunny Yourself!

Easter Bunny :

  • 1 Pc. Baking pan e.g. from Städtler
  • 60 g Butter
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 60 g Sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

1/2 fruit.

  • 0,5 Pc. Lemon zest
  • 0,5 Pc. Lemon juice

Stroke out shape:

  • 1 Pc. Butter
  • 3 pinch Flour
  1. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add egg, lemon zest and juice.
  3. Mix the flour and baking powder, fold in.
  4. Butter the shape and dust it lightly. Pour in the batter. Bake at 170 ° C for about 40 minutes.
