Preparation for the dough: Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients. Line a springform pan with it and press a small edge upwards. Preparation for the topping: Peel the apples and core them. (I quartered the apples and made a small cut in the middle). Spread the dough with the mixture and dust the apples with a little cinnamon. Bring the cream, sugar, and custard powder to a boil and pour over the apples. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 60-70 minutes. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
