Baked apple from the microwave

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large apple, preferably Boskoop
  • 1 pinch(s) ground cinnamon
  • 16 g pudding powder, vanilla from Natreen (1/2 bag)
  • 500 ml milk, fresh, 1.5%

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with light vanilla sauce

Peel, core, and slice the apple and place it in a microwave bowl. Dust with cinnamon and microwave for three minutes at 800 watts. Meanwhile, heat the milk and add the vanilla pudding mix (mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold milk) to the hot milk. Bring to a boil briefly. Then pour the vanilla sauce over the top and enjoy.
