Baked apple jam with raisins and cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g raisins
  • 3 tbsp rum
  • 30 g almond flakes
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 1 kg apples, sour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 40 minutes

very tasty not only at Christmas time

Soak the raisins in rum overnight. Dice the peeled apples. Toast the almonds in a pan. Sauté all ingredients except the gelling sugar together for 5 minutes. Now add the gelling sugar and boil for another 4 minutes. Then pour into prepared jars.
