Baked apple lasagna

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 200 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 500 g apples, sour
  • 6 lasagna sheets
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 50 g almonds
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Boil the lasagna sheets in a little water for about 5 minutes, remove from the water, and let them cool individually, otherwise they will stick together. Cut the marzipan into small pieces. Peel and slice the apples, then fry them lightly with 1 tablespoon of butter and remove from the pan. For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan and sauté the flour in it. Gradually add the milk, stirring well to avoid lumps. Add the vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt, and sugar and bring to a boil. Then let it cool and stir in the vanilla yogurt. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish. Start with the vanilla sauce, then layer the lasagna sheets, apples, marzipan, raisins, and sauce. Spread the almonds on the last layer of sauce. Bake the lasagna for about 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
