Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml apple juice, clear
  • 60 g rock sugar
  • 300 ml white wine
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 g vanilla, ground
  • 3 carnations
  • 300 ml Liqueur 43
  • 150 ml Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Heat apple juice, rock sugar, white wine, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and vanilla in a saucepan and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Then let cool for 30 minutes, strain through a fine sieve, add the Liqueur 43 and the Amaretto, and pour into hot, rinsed bottles. The liqueur will keep for at least 6 months.
