Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml sweet cream
  • 120 ml schnapps (wheat grain)
  • 80 ml whiskey
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp Nutella or other hazelnut spread
  • 2 tsp gingerbread spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream slightly, being careful not to over-stiffen it. Stir in the Nutella, powdered sugar, and gingerbread spice. Add the alcohol while stirring with a mixer on the lowest setting or with a whisk. Pour into a bottle and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. The specified amount makes approximately one filled 1/2-liter bottle, plus a sip to enjoy. Note: Because this is a fresh product, this liqueur should be consumed quickly. Generally speaking, if kept well chilled, it will keep for approximately the best-before date on the cream.
