Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 liter of cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 7 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the dough, combine the ingredients, spread it into a 28cm springform pan, and pull up the sides. Peel the apples and core only. Spread the whole apples evenly over the dough base. For the filling, make a pudding from the cream, sugar, and custard powder. Pour the pudding while still hot over the apples in the springform pan. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for approximately 70-80 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan only after it has completely cooled (24 hours).
