Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • ½ cup(s) oil
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Strain the mandarins, reserving the juice, and add them to the foam mixture. Stir until they are chopped until no large pieces are visible. Then add the mandarin juice, oil, flour, and baking powder to the batter and mix well. Grease a pie plate with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then pour in the batter. Bake at 175°C for 50-60 minutes.
