Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Cut a lid off the stem of the washed apple. Remove the core, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and place it in a bowl. Rub the inside of the apple with lemon juice and drizzle it over the scooped-out flesh. Finely chop the cleaned mushroom and add it to the flesh. Cut the rind off the Camembert and shred the cheese. Mix with the flesh and mushroom pieces and season with salt and pepper. Fill the mixture into the apple. Place the apple in a buttered dish. Place the cut-off apple lid next to the apple in the dish. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes; cooking time may vary. Arrange the baked apple on a plate, garnish, and serve.
