Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 50 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hollow out the apple generously. Make sure there are no holes in the bottom so the filling doesn’t run out. Sprinkle the insides with cinnamon. Mix the cream cheese, honey, and raisins and stuff the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in a baking dish. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Tip: Using grainy cream cheese or cottage cheese reduces the cheesy taste. Alternatively, you can use ricotta. Be careful that the filling doesn’t run into the dish and burn. To prevent this, add a little water or apple juice to the dish.
