Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 2 tbsp cranberry jam
  • 4 tsp hazelnuts, chopped
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 400 g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 200 g whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp raisins, pickled in rum
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Core the apples. Mix the jam, hazelnuts, and 2 teaspoons of sugar and fill the apples. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the filled apples in it. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes. Mix the Philadelphia, yogurt, remaining sugar, lemon juice, and raisins, season with cinnamon, and serve with the hot baked apples.
