Baked asparagus with feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g asparagus, green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g feta cheese with herbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • some wild garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the bottom ends of the asparagus and then place the stalks in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and wild garlic and scatter them over the asparagus. Crumble the feta cheese over the asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and pour in the vegetable stock. Cook for 30 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). If desired, thicken the sauce with flour and cream.
