Baked banana noodles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g spaghetti or tagliatelle, wholemeal
  • 6 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tbsp cream (light)
  • 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
  • 1 banana(s)
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with cream and banana

Cook the pasta as usual according to the package instructions and then rinse with cold water. Slice the banana, stir in the tomatoes with a little sugar and cream, and add everything to the spaghetti and stir. Fill an ovenproof dish with the banana noodles and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180-200°C for about 10 minutes or longer (watch for the cheese).
