Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large bananas
- 80 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 8 tbsp water
- Oil, for frying
- Honey, as desired
Instructions

Batter without egg
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a small bowl. Add water and mix to a thick batter (the amount of water can vary by 1-2 tablespoons, depending on the type of flour). Cut the bananas into thick slices and dip them in the batter, then immediately add them to a pan or deep fryer with hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Drain briefly on kitchen paper, then transfer to a plate, drizzle with honey, and enjoy. Just like at the Chinese restaurant around the corner, simply delicious.
