Baked bananas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a batter with flour, eggs, salt, and baking powder. If it’s too thick, add a little water. Peel the bananas, cut each one in half, and add them to the batter. Heat the oil and fry the bananas until golden brown. Drain briefly on a kitchen towel. Place on dessert plates and drizzle with honey, if desired. Vanilla ice cream also goes well with this. You can also use pineapple instead of bananas.
