Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 500 ml ice cream, chocolate
  • 2 tsp cognac
  • Cinnamon powder
  • eggnog

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with a tablespoon of sugar. Bake for 5 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven). In the meantime, whip the cream with a tablespoon of sugar until semi-stiff and season with the cognac. Arrange a banana half on a plate, divide the ice cream, and spread the cream over the banana. Finally, pour a shot of eggnog over the banana and sprinkle with cinnamon. Tip: If children are eating with you, simply omit the alcohol.
