Baked brown bread with turkey breast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of brown bread
  • 3 slices of turkey breast
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 2 slices of cheese (Chester)
  • n. B. Pepper from the mill
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • some fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat some cooking oil in a pan and fry the brown bread on both sides. Top the brown bread with 3 slices of turkey breast. Beat the egg. Toss the bread in the oil, holding the turkey breast slices in place, and fry briefly on both sides again in the pan. Top with 2 slices of Cheshire cheese and continue to fry, covered, until the cheese is melted.
