Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large pears
- 150 g blue cheese (Roquefort)
- 1 small jar of cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel, halve, and core the pears. Boil them in a pot of water for about 5 minutes. Then place the pear halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a casserole dish. Fill the hollow of each pear with a teaspoon of cranberries. Slice or chunk the Roquefort cheese and place it over the pears and cranberries. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese has melted.
