Baked cauliflower

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 125 g butter
  • Salt
  • 1 cup water, small cup
  • 5 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and wash the cauliflower, and cut into florets; do not pat dry. Place the florets in a roasting pan and season generously with salt, then add the water. Cut the butter into thin strips and spread over the cauliflower. Cover and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Whisk the eggs and pour them over the cauliflower at the end of the cooking time. Leave uncovered in the oven until the eggs are set.
