Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 700 g spinach, fresh
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • e.g. olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Pul Biber (leaf peppers)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg(s), or 2 if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

This is a practical and delicious recipe with fresh spinach.

Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely. Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in olive oil. Add the spinach and cook, then season with salt and spices. Add a tablespoon of butter and cook until the liquid is gone. Finally, add 1-2 eggs and turn off the heat. You can either mix the eggs with the spinach or leave them as fried eggs. Have fun trying it.
