Baked cauliflower – broccoli – vegetables

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 broccoli
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Trim and wash the cauliflower and broccoli, and divide them into florets. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and simmer the vegetables for about 10 minutes. Then transfer the vegetables to a baking dish. Stir the cheese into the hollandaise sauce and pour over the vegetables. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. You can also add peas and carrots or asparagus to the baking dish for sautéing.
