Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 800 g mild sheep’s cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp sautéed oregano
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- pepper, black
- olive oil
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 large cucumber(s)

Cut the cheese into approximately 2 cm cubes. In a deep plate, whisk the eggs with oregano and pepper. In a second plate, mix the hazelnuts with the breadcrumbs. First coat the cheese cubes in the beaten egg, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture. Deep-fry the cheese cubes in hot oil until golden brown and drain on kitchen paper. Wash the cucumber and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Place a cheese cube on each slice and garnish with chopped dill.
