Stuffed mushrooms with scampi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 14 large mushrooms
  • 30 m.-sized scampi
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp sweet cream
  • 100 g grated cheese (Manchego)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Tapas

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and set aside. Finely chop the onion, garlic, 16 scampi, and the mushroom stems. Heat the oil in a pan and fry everything briefly. Add the crème fraîche and cream and stir well. Stir in the Manchego and let everything simmer for about 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Fill the hollowed-out mushrooms with the mixture. Quickly fry 14 scampi in the hot pan. Place the mushrooms in a greased baking dish and place a fried scampi on top of each one. Place in a preheated oven at 150°C for 5 minutes.
