Baked cheese potatoes with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the potatoes and boil them with their skins on for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Place the cream cheese and Gorgonzola in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Stir the egg yolk and caraway seeds into the cheese mixture and season generously with salt and pepper. Let the potatoes cool slightly and then cut a slice lengthwise with the skins on. Scoop out the potato halves slightly with a teaspoon, mash the scooped pieces with a fork, and mix them into the cheese mixture. Stuff the potatoes with the filling and bake in a preheated oven. Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes! Serve as a side dish: salad.
