Grandma's apple juice pudding

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients with the apple juice in a large pot. Bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly. Let cool. Tastes best very cold. Even better with cream!
