Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 cl rum (Havana Club, 3 years or Silver Dry))
  • 4 cl Cream of Coconut, or coconut syrup
  • 10 cl pineapple juice
  • 2 cl cream
  • ice cubes,

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Blend the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and cream thoroughly in an electric mixer. Half-fill a cocktail glass with roughly crushed ice cubes. Pour in the mixture. Stir the drink well with a bar spoon and add thick straws. Serve with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry.
