Baked chicken breast fillet

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of bread (brown bread, grain bread, wholemeal bread)
  • some butter
  • 110 g chicken breast fillet(s), fried
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Onion(s), some diced
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 slice(s) cheese of your choice
  • Chives, some fresh stalks

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the slice of bread with butter. Cut the roasted chicken breast fillet into thin slices and arrange them on the bread. Slice the tomatoes and top the meat with them. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the diced onions. Cover with the slice of cheese and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Depending on how light or dark you prefer the cheese, arrange the baked bread on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped chives, garnish, and serve.
