Baked Chicken Fillets with Vegetables

  • 2 Pc. Chicken fillets
  • 0,5 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 small Onion
  • 0,5 Peppers yellow
  • 75 g Mushrooms brown
  • 2 Pc. Spring onion
  • 0,5 packet Sieved tomatos
  • 100 g Herb quark
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,5 packet Grated cheese
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • Chilli salt, oregano
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • Dried oregano
  • Oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C – convection
  2. Quarter the zucchini and remove the inside a little, then cut into slices. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel the bell pepper, remove the core and cut into larger cubes. Clean, halve and slice the mushrooms. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables. Add the chopped garlic and cook for another 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl.
  3. Now season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry them briefly on all sides in the same pan. Spread the vegetables around the meat.
  4. Mix the passé tomatoes, tomato paste and herb quark and season well with the spices.
  5. Spread the sauce over the meat and vegetables.
  6. Finally, sprinkle with the grated cheese and put in the oven. Bake the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  7. Rice goes best with it.
