Baked chicken from the air fryer

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 chicken, fresh, ready to cook
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp, heaped flour
  • 1 shot of rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp, heaped breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

First, quarter the chicken, removing the neck and backbone. Salt the meat and beat the eggs on a separate plate. Next, place another plate with breadcrumbs next to the egg plate, and a third plate with flour. Bread the chicken pieces, first in flour, then in the eggs and breadcrumbs. Then, bake the chicken pieces in the air fryer at 200°C for about 20 minutes. The chicken can be lightly sprayed with oil during baking for a more vibrant color. Serve immediately after baking.
