Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g chicken, shredded
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 gr. can/n peas and carrots
- 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 points cream, for cooking with 7% fat (fine cream)
- 1 tbsp processed cheese, light
- 200 g grated light cheese (16% fat)
- 2 tbsp roux, light
- 1 cube of stock, fat
- 300 ml water
- salt and pepper

Finely slice the leek and sauté it in a pan with a little water for about 5 minutes. Add the peas, carrots, mushrooms, cream, processed cheese, stock cube, and water, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle in the roux and season with salt and pepper. Place the strips in a greased baking dish and pour the vegetable sauce over them. Sprinkle the cheese over them and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes. I serve it with rice. For 6 servings, the strips have 6 points per serving. 100g of rice has 3.5 points.
