Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 g turkey schnitzel
- 300 g mushrooms
- 3 spring onions
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 apples (e.g. Golden Delicious)
- 1 banana(s)
- 250 ml milk 1.5% fat
- 150 ml sauce (salsa)
- 50 ml tomato ketchup

Cut the meat into strips, season, and place in a casserole dish. Thinly slice or round the mushrooms and leeks and layer them on top of the meat. Peel the banana, wash the apples, slice them, and place them on top of the vegetables. Mix the milk, salsa, and ketchup, season to taste, and pour over the casserole. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 50 minutes. Serve with rice as a side dish (charged separately, of course).
