Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g steak(s) (minute steaks of pork or turkey)
- 2 large onions
- 3 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- 200 ml Cremefine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
WW suitable, 10 PP per person
Place the meat side by side in a baking dish. Thinly slice the onions and mix with the Cremefine and vegetable stock. Spread the sauce over the steaks and place the dish in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until the meat is tender and lightly browned. Serve with baguette and salad. The steaks are calculated as a “filling portion” at 5 PP. The portion can be increased even further by omitting the baguette and eating this as a carb-free meal!
