Baked curd pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 ml mineral water
  • 125 ml milk
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 60 ml sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 1 tsp sauce powder (vanilla sauce)
  • some butter
  • ½ bag of almonds (flaked almonds)
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix flour, eggs, salt, mineral water, and milk into a smooth batter. Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes. Then, in a large pan, bake four to five equal-sized pancakes at a time. For the filling, mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, cream, rum, and vanilla sauce powder until creamy. Heat the butter, sprinkle in the flaked almonds, add the sugar, and toast until light brown. Fill the pancakes with the cream cheese mixture, place in an ovenproof dish, and sprinkle with the almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35-40 minutes on the second rack from the bottom. Serve immediately.
