Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 125 ml cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp rum
- 250 g quark
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Quark ice cream
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a baking dish and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours, until almost frozen.
