Jacket Potatoes with Exotic Spicy Curd Cheese and Prawns

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 300 g Quark 0.3%
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 tsp Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Liquid honey
  • 100 g Shrimp
  • 1 powerful splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 Stalk Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes, drain, let cool down a little and peel off. Mix the quark with the ingredients (2 teaspoons of rare water, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of mild curry powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt from the mill, 1 teaspoon of colored pepper from the mill and 1 teaspoon of liquid honey) and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Drizzle the shrimp with lemon juice. Fry in a small pan with olive oil (1 tbsp) on both sides and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Serve jacket potatoes with the exotically seasoned quark and prawns garnished with parsley.
