Baked egg rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 125 g ham, diced
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 250 ml tartar sauce
  • 6 rolls, for baking

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into small cubes, once crosswise and once lengthwise, using an egg slicer. Mix well with the diced ham, grated Gouda, and remoulade. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the rolls in half and spread each half thickly with the egg mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
