Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the eggplant, cut it into approximately 2 cm thick slices, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzarella on each slice and place it in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese (in this case, mozzarella) has melted. It tastes good both hot and cold. Tip: You can add more to your liking, such as meat or other ingredients of your choice.
