Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 180 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g butter, soft
- 200 g cornflakes
- 100 g chocolate shavings

delicious and quick spoon cookies with cornflakes
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and butter into a dough. Then knead the cornflakes and chocolate shavings into the dough. Using 2 teaspoons, place small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave some space between the heaps, as the cookies will expand during baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the cookies are light golden yellow. Then carefully lift the cookies from the baking sheet and let them cool on a wire rack or oven rack. Tip: If you like, add 125g of raisins to the dough.
