Salmon pasta bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (farfalle)
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 25 g chives, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 200 g cherry-sized cocktail tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Add the finely chopped smoked salmon, chives, salt, and pepper, and mix everything with the pasta. Slice the cherry tomatoes and fold them in. Finally, drizzle with the cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack for about 20-30 minutes. As soon as the pasta starts to brown on top, remove the casserole dish. Serve hot. Tip: It also heats up well in the microwave.
